Game Economy

Eudemons Online represents a new gaming paradigm where players are rewarded for both their engagement in gameplay and their contributions to the ecosystem's growth. It boasts a 100% player-owned, real-money economy. Unlike traditional games, our focus is on nurturing the player-to-player economy. Marketplace transactions contribute to a Community Treasury, managed by token holders. The game’s developers monetize primarily through their holdings of the game's tokens, not through direct sales.
All game resources and items in Eudemons Online are tokenized. This means they can be traded openly on peer-to-peer markets, transcending geographical boundaries.
The growth of the Pet population is a critical factor. Balancing the inflation rate of Pets and in-game tokens is key to maintaining a healthy economy, ensuring accessibility for new players while preventing unhealthy inflation.
To sustain the game's economy in the long term, we plan to:
Expand Utility of Pets: Introduce new experiences, like Land and Mini-games, to enhance Pets' value beyond their current capabilities. These additions will provide players with new objectives and enhance the intrinsic value of Pets.
Vertical Progression: Shift from horizontal expansion (collecting more Pets) to vertical progression, where upgrading Pets, Land, and other assets becomes central. This will create a natural supply sink for Pets, strengthening the bond between players and their chosen Pets.
Improved Accessibility: Streamlining the onboarding process and introducing free Starter Pets will allow more players to engage with the game, thereby strengthening the game's economy.
Initially, the game's economy will rely on new players needing Pets to start. However, as the game evolves, we will gradually shift the focus from new entrants to existing player demand, ensuring long-term sustainability.
As Eudemons Online grows, we foresee opportunities for additional capital infusion:
Advertising and Sponsorships: Leveraging the large, blockchain-savvy community for targeted advertising and partnerships.
Merchandising: Offering both physical and digital merchandise, with profits reinvested into the game economy.
Offline Events: Organizing community events to strengthen player bonds, with profits also reinvested into the game.
